Drivers and spectators descended to Kildare for the Irish stage of the world tour bringing huge names in drifting such as Chelsea DeNofa, Martin Richards, Bagsy, The Shanahans and our very own James Deane. Jimmy Oaks, Eric O’Sullivan and Darren McNamara battled it out with Luke Fink, Hert, Nate Hamilton and the main man Adam LZ in what turned out to be a memorable weekend.

Archie Harmer and Greg Anderson were the surprises on track, both in borrowed cars, Archie in a Datsun show car and Greg in the drift games stock 350z, upsetting the high-powered competitors on the grid with Greg taking the win on Saturday and claiming the highly sought after skate deck and bragging rights!

The young guns Archie Harmer and Conor Falvey made a big impact during their battle, proving why they belonged on the grid. Baggsy took the win after an almighty battle and OMT with Martin Richards on Sunday with one of the best runs of the day.

Dean ‘Karnage’ Kearney was knocked out by Sebastian Fontijn as was Conor Shanahan during his battle with big brother Jack. James Deane didn’t hold back when he came up against his girlfriend Becky Evans which resulted in him taking the win! Chris Brady in the Lucky Days sponsored skyline wasn’t holding back when he came up against Darren McNamara, but DMac was out to put manners on the Monaghan man losing body panels on his chase run on a damp track with the crowd on their feet for the exciting battle.
